Learn to remove accessibility barriers in design
to ensure equality and inclusion of access and
experience for differently abled bodies. This
course explores the value of accessibility,
different disability types, assistive
technologies, accessibility regulations and the
language of accessibility for digital products.
You will examine and apply various Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), discover how to
test for and document accessibility issues by
applying several manual and automated
accessibility testing methods, and present your
recommendations for valuable, intuitive, and
accessible digital content and interfaces. By the
end of the course, you will have designed a
compelling, accessible, and responsive
high-fidelity wireframe or prototype that
demonstrates your knowledge of accessible design.
